To manage server costs, files uploaded by Free tier users are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers after 7 days.
Pro users enjoy permanent storage until they manually delete their files or their account.
To provide state-of-the-art responses for educational processing, we route queries through APIs from AI providers like Google Gemini and OpenRouter. We have Zero Data Retention agreements with these providers. They do not store your queries, and they do not use your academic data to train their commercial models.
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.
